Jenny Menya first came to The Rainier Financial Group LLC as a client eager to arrange her own personal financial strategy. She wanted a staff that truly cared about its customers by empowering and educating them, which was critical for her when it came to establishing a special needs trust for her younger son, who has Down syndrome. Jenny was so moved by the team’s devotion and care for their clients that she decided to join them in order to help other families of children with special needs. In her free time, Jenny enjoys playing the piano for her church and welcoming new families to the Down syndrome community by volunteering with Jack’s Basket.

Kathryn has specialized in employee and individual benefits for more than 25 years. She works with a wide range of demographics to discover the most affordable benefits, such as life insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and long-term care for individuals and business owners. She assists with the setup of 401(k)s, Simple IRAs, and payroll-deducted Roth/Regular IRAs. Her passion is to enhance business owners to retention, reward, and retirement of their employees by offering tiered and competitive benefits. Her leisure time consists of quality time spent with her daughter, where they enjoy swimming and long walks around Town Lake.

Lauren has been with The Rainier Financial Group LLC since 2015 and serves as Ann’s right-hand. She is the driving force behind much of the success at our Lake Jackson office. Lauren is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients have the best possible experience while in our care. She has remained devoted to serving her community through volunteer work since she was in high school. Her enthusiasm for helping others is evident in all she does, be that as a working mother, a team member, a volunteer, or assisting with client needs.

Samantha is a third-generation financial professional who has lived in Austin, Texas since 2008. She launched her career back in 2012 with New York Life, a Fortune 100 company, before partnering with The Rainier Financial Group LLC. Her passion lies in managing the financial future of others through solution-based planning. She specializes in working alongside families, military veterans, young professionals, and business owners. Samantha is an avid equestrian who could also be found playing beach volleyball, country dancing, or exploring the outdoors in her free time. She is a firm believer in developing a sound body and sound mind in order to live a long and healthy life. Samantha is also the proud co-founder of Austin Business Leads Exchange, one of Austin's largest networking organizations for local entrepreneurs.

As a Financial Professional, Sonali values assisting families with anything from asset protection to complete financial strategies. She uses a comprehensive approach to developing a customized financial strategy tailored to her client’s goals and objectives. Her passion is to educate families about personal finances and to raise awareness of alternative investment opportunities. Sonali has extensive experience working alongside IT and Healthcare experts, as well as with business owners. The pursuit of life-long learning centered on personal growth and professional development is a value Sonali holds dear to. She serves as a Board Member with SAIVA (South Asians International Volunteer Association), a local non-profit organization, as well as volunteers with IACT (Indian American Coalition of Texas), HC4A (Hindu Charities for America, & Chinmaya Mission Austin.

Victoria is a Corpus Christi native who made Austin her home back in 2009. She graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree focusing on Entrepreneurial Small Business and Personal Finance. Victoria’s passion lies in supporting individuals and families, concentrating on both personal and estate planning. She has volunteered with a variety of Texas organizations, including the Christus Spohn hospital system, the Central Texas Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, the Austin Animal Center, and Dress for Success Austin. Victoria is an avid reader of government and daily news, loves swimming, floating the river, sunbathing at the beach, and regulars Austin’s live music scene.
